Job Title: Solution Product Engineer (Enterprise Business in ICT)
Base: Lome, Togo
Position Type: Huawei Employee (sign contracts with Huawei Togo directly)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Solution Product Manager to guide pre-sales opportunities by developing tailored solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of local ICT technology trends and analyze market requirements in Guinea, while leading the development of local channel solution sales strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with customers at the technical and executive levels, promoting investments in ICT and uncovering opportunities through thorough business and systems analysis.
- Engage in project operations to understand industry-specific customer needs and deliver effective solution design.
- Strategically allocate internal resources based on established targets, organize relevant company resources, and ensure the successful achievement of sales objectives.
Work Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in an ICT-related major or any related field.
- Three years of solution sales experience in the ICT industry, preferably within the local market.
- Proficiency in both English and French is required, as English is the working language at Huawei.
- Ability to understand customer needs and challenges, develop solution plans, and present them effectively to clients and partners.
- Familiarity with products such as Datacom, IT Storage, Data Center Networking, or Video Surveillance.
- Strong focus on achieving goals, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Capable of presenting solutions, providing technical guidance, and preparing bidding documents.
