Position: Site Engineer (SE)
Base: Lome, Togo
Position Type: Outsourcing Staff (sign contracts with Huawei’s agency)
Contract Type: 1-Year CDD (renewable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for site delivery (Power, WL, MW), including the hardware and software commissioning
- Regularly monitor project progress, identify issues affecting the project progress, and develop solutions to address them, follow issue closely until end, good communication on SBC and internal team try to find risk in advance and avoid it, when meet important issue rise hand in time
- Follow up Quality work on site by following project team design
- Material Missing/ SBC resource not enough / SBC late arrival / tools missing / Access problems issue which not related to customer
- Train SBC on site to increase their efficiency
- Make acceptance with customer and train them at the same time
- Daily clearance / ensure Teams Clock out
- No major EHS or man-made accidents
- No major cyber security negative events
- No critical customer/FR complaints
- No process violations
Work Qualifications：
- Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications.
- One 01-year experience in site Wireless, Microwave and electricity operation and delivery.
- Fluent in both English and French is mandatory (the working language with Huawei is English).
- Power knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, open-minded, and team player.
- Proactive work attitude, diligent and hardworking, and eager to grow and learn.
