Position: Logistics Specialist (Warehouse Manager)

Base: Lome, Togo

Position Type: Outsourcing Staff (sign contracts with Huawei’s agency)

Contract Type: 1-Year CDD (renewable)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support materials acceptance process and other operation at Warehouse.
2. Stocktake the materials and inventory at Warehouse regularly.
3. Inbound fixed assets at the supply chain management system.
4. Return materials management regularly.
5. Design Warehouse solution for special projects.
6. Monitor and manage the Consistency of Inventory Accounts and Goods risks.
7. Arrange scrap for faulty items.
8. Align with relevant departments and project teams to ensure the smooth outbound operation of the materials.

Work Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree in procurement, transport, logistic or any related field
2. Two years’ experience in the same position
3. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory (as the working language at Huawei is English).
4. Work diligently and proactively,
5. Able to work under pressure,
6. Act and respond in a timely manner
