Position: Integrated Facility Management Manager

Base: Lome, Togo

Position Type: Outsourcing Staff (sign contracts with Huawei’s agency)

Contract Type: 1-Year CDD (renewable)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support to develop, optimize, and publish office management process, regulation and baseline.
2. Manage office in line with laws or requirements of Environments of Health and Safety.
3. Keep proper office expenses ledger and provide cost analysis monthly report
4. Participate in the office leasing, negotiation, and contract management.
5. Lead procurement and negotiation on office equipment, furniture, cleaning services and other suppliers, and manage vendor contracts and daily communication with suppliers.
6. Handle office resource requirements, allocate and manage office area, seating, equipment, furniture, etc.
7. Implement fire safety policy for office, monthly inspection, annual publicity of fire protection equipments and organize yearly fire drills.
8. Keep a steady and good communication with the landlord on facility management.
9. Routinely inspect office facilities, including the conference room projectors, conference systems, printers, office doors and windows, etc.
10. Manage inventory for effective usage.

Work Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management.
2. 3 years+ experience in property and facilities management, including both “hard” and “soft” facilities, real estate transaction (lease/buy of industrial land and offices), and experience in major capex projects.
3. Fluent in both English and French is mandatory (fluency in Chinese is an asset).
4. Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, open-minded, and team player.
5. Proactive work attitude, diligent and hardworking, and eager to grow and learn.
