Delivery Quality Assurance (DQA)

Position: Delivery Quality Assurance (DQA)

Base: Lome, Togo

Position Type: Outsourcing Staff (sign contracts with Huawei’s agency)

Contract Type: 1-Year CDD (renewable)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery quality (including EHS), develop project quality assurance solutions, and attain project quality objectives through quality planning, execution monitoring, spot checks and evaluation, and improvements made to fix problems.
  • Regularly audit with high quality and follow issue close on time, all project quality baseline, such as QC plan, quality align document.
  • SBC training on time and manage the RQC/SE team with good result monitor KPI,
  • Check closely with the project team make high quality status QC plan, Achieve the KPI targets set for the project FSC KPI, NA rank top3.
  • Enhance quality environment and take measure or plan as office request
  • Open to learn and push use new digital tools and dashboard to enhance quality management (No major EHS or man-made accidents, no critical customer complaints, no process violations, no BCG issues)
  • Team collaboration, Respond to internal and external customer requirements
  • In a timely manner follow issue closely until end, clear issue record and management report
  • Monthly report to top management for Quality risk and set improvement actions
  • Participate on workshop with customer to enhance Huawei QEHS management and promote ISDP remote acceptance.

Work Qualifications

  1. Telecommunication related majors, Bachelor’s degree or above
  2. Fluent in both English and French is mandatory.
  3. At least 02 years’ experience in telecoms is preferred
  4. Familiar with Quality management process and regulation ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
  5. Have good communication and teamwork skills, able to work under pressure.
