Tools Management Engineer
I. JOB TILTE
- Tools Management Engineer
II- THE ROLE
– Tool Management:
Oversee the inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
Ensure tools are maintained, repaired, and calibrated according to company standards.
Organize the procurement of new tools and replacement parts as necessary.
– Safety Compliance:
Ensure all tools are compliant with safety regulations and standards.
Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to identify safety hazards.
Provide safety training and guidelines to staff regarding proper tool usage.
– Operational Support:
Collaborate with Maintenance Team to understand tool requirements and support operation’s needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of tool operation procedures and best practices.
Troubleshoot tool-related issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
– Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of tool usage, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
Provide regular reports to management regarding tool inventory, maintenance activities, and safety compliance.
III- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Be within 25 to 40 years old
- Be able to quick learn, to analyze situations and conclude
- Have a good level in French and English (writing and speaking)
- Have a high school training (BAC+5) in engineering (electrical, mechanical, Electro-mechanical, informatics, other …) or in sciences.
- Good knowledge of World, excels, power point and publisher.
- Be reliable, open, and a hard worker
- Knowledge of computer programming and Adobe Acrobat Pro will be appreciated.
- One-year experience in aviation is recommended

Safety, Security and Environment Officer
I. JOB TILTE
- Safety, Security and Environment Officer
II. THE ROLE
- Ensures compliance with international and States regulations.
- Develops and implements effective safety, Security and Environment programs to ensure that operations are fully compliant with international and States regulations.
- As a member of Safety and Security Team, assists to promote safety and Security culture.
- Investigating issues raised in each safety and Security report.
- Makes recommendations to management regarding changes to policy procedures and practices to enhance safety.
- Participates or leads investigations of the facts related to reports submitted
- Follow up and analyzes trend data in the Asky Flight Data Management Program and other industry data.
- Analyzes data for trends related to injuries, hazards, events and occurrences.
- Tracks safety and Security recommendations and corrective actions to ensure that follow-up actions have been taken that are effective. Determine if the actions have been effective and if not, makes recommendations for additional changes or corrective action.
- Participating in organizing and following up on the management reviews, Safety Review Committees, Flight Data Analysis, Safety Action Groups meetings and their subsequent outcomes;
- Participating and organizing the implementation of ASKY Emergency Response Programs.
- Assist in the implementation of the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA) and the CO2 Reduction and Compensation program in the framework of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction program related to Environment
- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
1. Educational Level:
- High degree in related field (BSc; MSc degree preferred) or
- Engineer or Pilot
- Equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Advanced vocational training certificate in Aviation Operations (Maintenance Engineering, Flight Operations, Flight Engineering, Cabin Operations, Ground Operations).
2. Professional Experiences:
- Experience in one or more of following sectors: flight operations, maintenance/engineering, dispatch, ground operations, In-flight services.
- Demonstrates an excellent safety behavior and attitude, follows regulatory practices and rules, recognizes and promotes hazard reporting
- Experience or training in Safety Management System (SMS), Security Management System (SeMS) and Emergency Response Plan Management (ERPM)
- Experience in Human Factors as it applies to Flight and Ground operations and Maintenance
- Experience or training in Aviation Safety and Security
- Experience with regulatory agency policies, procedures and programs.
- Experience with safety analysis, trending and risk assessment.
- Experience or training in Quality Audit and Quality Assurance
Experience working with aviation industry security representatives and knowledge of their roles within the aviation industry is a plus.
- The highest level of professional responsibility, authority, leadership, objectivity, autonomy, and impartiality;
- The highest degree of confidentiality by respecting the value and ownership of information received and refraining from disclosing information without appropriate authority.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- English and French proficient

Ground Operations Administrative Agent
I- JOB TITLE
- Ground Operations Administrative Agent
II- THE ROLE
- Handle the ground operations administrative aspects.
- Refer to Senior Manager Ground Operations and Standards for any decision regarding the safety and/or security of ground handling operations.
- Control services providers invoices to ensure that the invoiced amounts are consistent with contractual terms and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly Ground operations division cost saving.
- Assist in the preparation of the budget.
- Handle all administrative aspects such as ground operation staff leave, sick leave certificate etc.
- Assist the Outstations Controller in his/her duties.
- Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
III- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Educational Level: High school diploma
- Qualifications/Skills: Administration or Operational activities
- Professional Experiences: 02 years in operational position
- Languages proficiency: French/English
- Information technologies (IT) proficiency: Office applications
