Position Title: Ticketing & Reservations Agent Cotonou Department: Commercial BASIC FUNCTIONS Ensure the highest level of customer service at all-time whether by phone, email or in person  Achieve assigned sales, ASKY Club enrollment and sales referrals targets Answer telephone calls and reply to emails from customers and provide accurate information Receive and provide prompt service to customers by offering them a solution to their travel needs Issue tickets, MCOs, BCBs according to the companies rules and regulations Correctly make bookings according to company standards (passenger contacts: telephone and emails, ASKY Club number, etc…) Prepare refunds for the finance department Perform coupons reconciliation with cash collected from sales Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports  Promote and enroll customers in ASKY Club  Perform sales phoning and emailing Assist the call center in protection passenger call outs Handle assigned corporate customers and keep detailed records of sales Provide sales referrals to the CTO/ATO Supervisor and the sales executive QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT   Diploma or Bachelor degree in sales or marketing management   Bilingual   Ticketing / Travel and tourism / Sales Certificate   IATA/UFTAA qualifications (preferable … Lire la suite de ASKY Airlines is recruiting (Cotonou)
