Vue(s): 278 ASKY Airlines is recruiting a Commercial System Support Agent I.          Job title Commercial System Support Agent II-      THE ROLE The agent is responsible for managing GDS costs, optimizing bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies worldwide. This role ensures the removal of unproductive bookings, audits GDS invoices, and supports commercial systems to enhance efficiency and cost control. Monitor and coordinate with travel agencies to eliminate unproductive bookings from GDS. Track booking activity and messages between GDS and the airline to generate reports for audits and cost analysis. Ensure follow-up on booking cancellations by travel agencies and maintain agency engagement. Issue and track the recovery of ADMs in line with ASKY’s booking and ADM policies. Collaborate with Sales teams to involve Country Managers in discussions with travel agencies. Audit GDS invoices and propose cost-saving measures. Support commercial system users and coordinate with internal departments for system efficiency. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager. III-    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the air transport industry.
